  • To coordinate / maintain the development of information systems and ICT equipments at Tumpat District Council
    • To ensure all equipments and systems are fully utilised.
    • To monitor the use of equipment and systems
  • To analyse, develop, implement and maintain the information systems at the Tumpat District Council.

    • Portals and Websites
    • E-Mail
    • E-Complaint
    • Accounting, Licensing, Compounds, Revenue, Various Collection and Evaluation Systems
    • And Other Systems.
  • To Provide and Maintain for the damages of ICT hardware and equipments
    • To prepare reports for every damage incidents
    • To examine the extent of the damage
    • To conduct repairs of the damage
  • To maintain Networking hardware
    • To Ensure that the equipments are in good condition
    • Servers, switches, routers etc.
    • To Ensure that each network is connected.
  • To provide ICT equipment facilities
  • To provide ICT Trainings and Acculturations
