COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT

  1. Complaint in writing by letter or email will be sent to the complainant within three (3) working days after the complaint is received.
  2. Response to public complaint will be processed within fourteen (14) working days after acknowledgement of receipt of Complaint sent for complaints related to Tumpat District Council (delivery time feedback also depends on the types of complaints received whether the complaint requires further study and the complexity of the complaint).
